Video Editor / Motion Designer (AI)

We are an international team that develops its own digital products. We have strong in-house production: graphic and motion designers, artists, illustrators, and editors. We work closely with marketing: creating advertising creatives, testing ideas, and scaling successful solutions.

We are currently looking for a Video Editor / Motion Designer (AI) who is proficient with neural networks and can create videos that grab attention from the very first seconds.

What you'll do:

• Generate images, characters, and scenes using Nano Banana / Seedream, create and animate videos in Kling / Veo / Seedance, work with Higgsfield;
• Create voiceovers in ElevenLabs, AI avatars, and lip-sync through HeyGen / Sync Labs;
• Assemble creatives in Premiere Pro / After Effects;
• Perform tracking and screen replacement using Mocha / Mocha Pro;
• Add sound design, subtitles, and graphics, and bring videos to completion;
• Work according to a clear pipeline and promptly implement edits.

What's important:

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop;
• Experience with tracking and working with Mocha / Mocha Pro;
• Already using AI in real projects: generating visuals, videos, voiceovers, or lip-sync;
• Ability to create realistic AI characters and talking head videos;
• Understands editing rhythm, hooks, and how to maintain attention;
• Works calmly with edits and is ready for regular creative output.

Experience with all listed services is not mandatory — the quality of work and the ability to quickly master new tools are more important.

What we offer:

• Remote work, full-time, 5/2 for 8 hours, with the workday starting between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM MSK;
• Fixed salary of 70,000 + KPI;
• KPI based on the quantity and quality of creatives — target of 35 videos per month;
