We are looking for not "a person who cuts video," but someone who turns footage into a selling review and a viral video on par with top auto and lifestyle blogs.
Who we are looking for:
A montage editor-motion designer who takes finished material and creates from it:
- car reviews;
- apartment and house reviews;
- Reels/Shorts for these reviews.
Someone who is friends with AI and uses it to work faster and better.
What you will be doing:
- Editing reviews (main volume) from finished footage – we handle the filming.
- Presenting the product attractively: color correction, rhythm, lighting, best angles from the footage, highlighting details (car configuration, apartment layout and view).
- Creating motion graphics and infographics: car specifications, area and layout, numbers, neon/wireframe accents in line with brand identity.
- Creating kinetic subtitles and dynamics for short formats.
- Keeping the viewer engaged: hook in the first seconds, rhythm, retention until the end – in both reviews and Reels.
- Working with sound (voiceover, music, sound design) and consistently delivering quality.
What you need to be able to do:
- Confident editing skills.
- Motion graphics: After Effects (or similar) – animation, renders, infographics.
- Strong color grading – the ability to make the picture premium.
- Long-distance storytelling: maintaining attention in reviews of 3–10 minutes.
- Kinetic typography, sound work, familiarity with trends.
- Confidently use AI and understand where it truly saves hours. For example (or similar): auto-subtitling and cutting (CapCut, Descript), asset generation and processing, upscaling, retiming (Runway, Topaz Video AI, Midjourney for graphics), voice work (ElevenLabs). You don't need to know everything – you need to think in a way that AI speeds up your work.
Conditions:
- Payment: from 500,000 ₽.
- We work from any city – we consider candidates not only from Abakan.
- Format: remote, occasionally – trips to Abakan to meet the team.
