ABOUT US: An AI video and image generation service for the Russian-speaking audience. We operate via a Telegram bot and are launching a web version. We are looking for someone to follow trends, replicate them using AI, and add ready-made templates to the bot. This is a creative and independent position: you decide which trend to follow and how to adapt it.
TASKS: • Daily monitor trends on Instagram* Reels, catching them within the first 1-2 days. • Analyze how viral videos are made: what model, what prompt, what editing, what makes them go viral. • Replicate and adapt trends in Kling, Seedance, Nano Banana. • Add ready-made templates to the bot via the admin panel. • Write video scripts for trends: for our accounts and as briefs for bloggers. • Propose your own ideas: what might resonate with our audience.
REQUIREMENTS: • High level of engagement with content: you already scroll through Reels daily and notice trends before others. • Understanding of virality: hook in the first 2 seconds, reasons for sharing, reasons for full watch-through. • Passion for creativity and adaptation: not copying one-to-one, but creating something that inspires others to replicate. • Speed and discipline: a trend lasts only a few days, being a week late means zero impact.
CONDITIONS: • 50,000 RUB net + KPI bonuses for templates that users engage with. • Generation resources for work are covered by the project. • Fully remote work. • Employment as self-employed or an individual entrepreneur. • Probationary period of 1 month with specific goals, full payment. • Direct communication with the founder, no approvals or bureaucracy. • Selection process includes a test assignment.
