Therefore, I am looking for a strong AI creator who can create complete stories: mini-films, cartoons, music videos, narrative shorts, and other videos that people want to watch to the end and share.

We need a person who can come up with a story, visualize it, maintain characters and style between scenes, build dynamics, sound, and editing, and independently bring an idea to a finished published AI video.

Confident proficiency in Seedance 2.0 / Seedance 2.5 and an understanding of modern generative video capabilities are especially important.

The main criterion for us is your results. We want to see published videos created by you that have already garnered hundreds of thousands of views.

Responsibilities

— Completely create narrative AI videos from scratch: mini-films, cartoons, stories, music and visual clips ranging from 15–30 seconds to 1–2 minutes or more.

— Independently create scenes and video materials primarily using Seedance 2.0 / Seedance 2.5, as well as other relevant tools for generating photos, videos, music, and voice.

— Research Russian and international viral AI content, find new formats, mechanics, visual trends, and adapt them for our projects.

— Analyze the results of published videos and, based on views, retention, and audience reaction, understand which ideas and formats need to be scaled.

Requirements

— You are proficient with Seedance 2.0 / Seedance 2.5 and can use the model not only for individual generations but also for creating complete narrative videos.

— You already have published AI videos with over 100,000 views. Cases with millions of views are especially interesting.

— Experience with Midjourney, Kling, Veo, Runway, Hailuo, Nano Banana, FLUX, and other platforms like Freepik, Higgsfield, etc.

— You can independently come up with a story and turn it into a finished video without needing detailed instructions for every frame.

— Understand the dramaturgy of short videos: hook, story development, attention retention, emotional peaks, and finale.

— You can independently work with sound and editing: dialogues, voice-overs, music, sound design, pacing, and final video assembly.

— Possess extensive viewership and understand why some narrative videos get millions of views while others go unnoticed.

— Constantly follow the development of Generative AI, quickly master new tools, and be willing to experiment until strong results are achieved.

— Ability to work with references, character consistency, lip-sync, motion reference, and complex multi-scene generations.

What is important to include in your response:
