Responsibilities: — Production of AI videos, advertising creatives, and content with virtual avatars; — Managing multiple avatars simultaneously — consistency of face, voice, character, and visual style over time; — Developing concepts and ideas for avatars: what will resonate with the audience, analysis of competitors and trends; — Full cycle of character creation: from references and character card to a finished content series; — Post-production: editing, color grading, sound design, lip-sync, subtitles, adaptation for Instagram / TikTok / Shorts; — Testing hooks, formats, and new tools.

Requirements: — 2+ years of commercial experience with AI video generation and a portfolio with case studies; — Video models: Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, and other relevant ones; — Avatars: HeyGen, Synthesia, Hedra, D-ID, or similar; — Higgsfield and Magnific, including work with Elements and consistent characters; — Image generation: Midjourney, Nano Banana, Flux, Seedream, or similar; — Understanding of diffusion, image-to-video, text-to-video, TTS, voice cloning, lip-sync principles; — Prompt engineering yielding reproducible results, not just occasional successful attempts; — Confident work in Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop — a plus); — Good eye and taste: ability to create realistic, lively content without the uncanny valley effect; — Independence: managing several parallel avatars without micromanagement.
