We are launching an AI video direction and are looking for someone who will take it from scratch - as a manager, from concept to finished content. We have our own in-house production team.

Tasks:

• Manage AI video production end-to-end
• Build prompt libraries, LoRA, and workflows as a system
• Set the quality bar
• Bring new things to market before the competition.

We are looking for:

• Understanding of the specifics of special tools for adult-AI
• Sense of the frame (light, composition, movement, color)
• Fluent Russian, English B1+.

Plus: VR / 360°, video production, animation, VFX.
