We are looking for a specialist with practical experience in generative models using ComfyUI or similar tools.
❗️ Candidates without experience in independently building and configuring generative workflows will not be considered.
Main Task — to create virtual actors from scratch, produce videos with them, and gradually automate the production process.
Tasks:
- Create virtual actors based on text descriptions.
- Develop and fix character appearance, clothing, and visual style.
- Prepare sets of references: face, angles, emotions, and full height.
- Maintain character identity across different scenes.
- Generate talking, staged, and commercial videos.
- Work with voice, facial expressions, and lip-sync.
- Build and optimize generative workflows.
- Test new models, nodes, and generation methods.
- Perform basic post-processing, quality enhancement, and video assembly.
- Automate repetitive operations using AI tools.
- Document working settings and processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in ComfyUI or similar systems.
- Experience in independently building and modifying workflows.
- Practical experience in generating images and videos.
- Understanding of working with references and maintaining character identity.
- Ability to install models, nodes, and necessary dependencies.
- Ability to identify the causes of errors and achieve reproducible results.
- Skill in writing and improving prompts.
- Understanding of composition, lighting, angles, and movement.
- Confident use of AI tools for vibe-coding and automation.
- Portfolio with examples of generative content.

Will be an advantage:
- Experience in creating consistent virtual characters.
- Work with voice synthesis or cloning.
- Experience in synchronizing speech, facial expressions, and character movements.
- Video editing and post-processing skills.
- Experience running models on local or cloud GPUs.
- Basic familiarity with APIs, Python, and the command line.
- Experience in automating generative processes.
First stage of work:
- Develop one virtual actor.
- Prepare a stable set of visual references.
- Select or create the character's voice.
- Produce several short test videos.
- Document a reproducible workflow.
- Propose options for further automation.
Work format:
- Remote work format.
- Schedule: 6/1 (from 10:00 to 19:00 MSK).
- Initially — project-based employment. Transition to permanent cooperation is possible.
- Salary: $1500 per month (further increases are possible).
- Payments on the 1st and 16th of each month to a BEP20 wallet.
- Necessary computing resources will be provided.
