We are a media buying team that scales performance traffic in Western markets (US/EU).

We are looking for an AI Creative Automation Specialist who knows how to turn one creative into hundreds of variations using AI and automation.

The main task is to scale creative production and work with a large volume of content. For example, there is a winning creative with a character talking about the product. The task is to use AI and automation to transform it into versions for 30 different professions × 4 languages, while maintaining the structure and mechanics of the original.

What needs to be done: — take existing winning creatives and create a large number of variations based on them — automate the production of creatives using AI tools — scale one concept across different audiences, professions, languages, characters, and formats — work with AI to generate video, images, avatars, voiceovers, and other creative elements — build pipelines that allow for the rapid production and updating of a large amount of content — adapt creatives for different languages and formats — constantly test new AI tools and ways to accelerate production — work with a large volume and maintain a stable flow of new creatives

What is important: — practical experience with AI tools for content creation and scaling — understanding of automation and the ability to build processes, not do each variation manually — ability to work with a large volume of content — technical mindset and a desire to constantly optimize production processes — experience with generative video, AI avatars, voice AI, image generation, and/or AI automation — understanding the principles of performance creatives will be a big plus — readiness to work with the repetitive process of scaling winning creatives
