About us briefly:

We are a men's style media outlet with an audience of over 400,000 subscribers – Pasha Osovtsov. We genuinely love clothes: we find and share interesting facts and stories from the world of fashion, analyze iconic items, brands, subcultures, meanings – everything that lies behind clothing, its creators, and those who wear it.

The media is part of the creative bureau TAPE, which also includes advertising production for federal brands and limited merchandise production.

Responsibilities:

The job involves:

• Shooting vertical content
• Editing vertical content
• Photo shooting and photo editing

Key performance metrics:

• Content with Pasha is released consistently and on time (photo + video)
• Quality of shooting and editing matches the media's style - Responsiveness: readiness to shoot/edit upon request without delays (this position assumes full-time engagement on our projects)

What's important in a candidate:

• Experience in shooting and editing reels/vertical videos • Experience in basic motion design (examples of work can be found on Pasha's social media) • Mobility: willingness to attend events and shoots in Moscow and to travel with Pasha to other Russian cities • Own photo/video equipment (desirable) • Editing speed and understanding of social media formats • Independence: ability to work without constant supervision
