About the Company Upscale is a leading prop trading platform in the CIS. We are looking for a reels maker to help turn short videos into a systematic content direction: increase the number of videos, regularly test new ideas, and find formats that will consistently gain views on Instagram & YouTube.

We need not just an editor who waits for a ready-made brief. We are looking for a content creator and performer: someone who knows how to come up with a presentation, feels confident on camera, and is ready to fully immerse themselves in the content.

Our Media:

▪️ Responsibilities ▫️ Search for trends and references with the SMM team; propose your own ideas and actively participate in script development; ▫️ Come up with strong hooks and adapt complex topics for short videos; ▫️ Film yourself, and if necessary, assist other team members with the filming process; ▫️ Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts (basic editing level: the team will help with complex editing, and the focus will be on the content itself); ▫️ Shoot diverse content — humorous, about the product, trading, and other topics; priorities for formats will be determined together based on the content plan; ▫️ Test different formats, presentations, characters, and segments; ▫️ Analyze results (optional) — this is not a mandatory part of the role at the start.

▪️ Content Volume ▫️ Initially, we aim for 2–3 videos published daily. ▫️ We value stable content production and a large number of thoughtful tests over a mindless conveyor belt.

▪️ You will be a good fit for us if: ▫️ You feel confident and natural on camera; ▫️ You can communicate clearly and engagingly; possess good diction, an expressive voice, and a charismatic delivery; ▫️ You react quickly and can improvise; understand modern internet humor and the mechanics of short videos; ▫️ You know how to film yourself; have basic editing skills; ▫️ You take initiative and don't wait for a detailed brief for every video (we really like people with their own taste); ▫️ You are ready to test a lot and are calm about the fact that not every video goes viral; ▫️ You can work systematically and adhere to agreements; ▫️ Proficiency in various AI video services will be a big plus. ▫️ Commercial experience is a plus, but not required. We are ready to hire a talented beginner with a strong presentation, good viewing experience, and a desire to grow quickly. ▫️ Knowledge of trading is also not required. The team will help you understand the product and scenarios. It's important to be able to quickly grasp a complex topic and explain it in simple terms.

▪️ Conditions ▫️ Full-time employment; ▫️ Primarily remote work; ▫️ We can rent studios and use different locations; ▫️ Colleagues will assist with filming and technical aspects if needed; ▫️ We will cover all necessary expenses for services, props, etc. ▫️ Possible additional bonuses for videos with strong results. ▫️ Salary is negotiable and depends on the candidate's skill level.
