Ventra is seeking a Production Director for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
Future tasks:
- Formation of the production strategy and organizational structure of the block, recruitment and development of line managers;
- Definition of the production strategy in accordance with the company's global standards and GMP requirements
- Ensuring compliance of processes with GMP requirements;
- Ensuring readiness for launch and scaling: from pilot volumes to industrial, monitoring recruitment timelines and capacity commissioning;
- Management of the production budget, approval and control of KPIs;
- Interaction with engineering services, quality control, and logistics;
- Participation in the implementation of new processes and scaling.
We expect:
- Higher technical education;
- Experience in a similar position in pharmaceutical manufacturing;
- Knowledge of English (conversational level).
