Remote Vacancy.
Ostrovok, a traveltech company, is looking for a Production Manager.
Key Tasks:
- Organize the production of the company's branded products with external contractors — monitor the quality of work and deadlines for order fulfillment.
- Manage projects: assign tasks to designers and copywriters, coordinate the work of contractors, and keep a “finger on the pulse” of projects.
- Regularly interact with Event and Commercial teams: quickly respond to requests, brainstorm solutions, and present options.
- Control project execution from task assignment to final result: plan, track deadlines, and resolve issues during implementation.
- Participate in seasonal updates and development of new branded product options (with the creative team).
- Perform administrative tasks: invoice control, data entry into reports, work with Google Docs and external services/task managers.
Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of experience in merchandise production, project coordination, or marketing.
- B1 level of English.
- Experience working with external contractors and suppliers.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities: ability to prioritize, focus on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Self-management skills: not afraid to try new things, readily take responsibility.
- Ability to work with task managers (Asana, Trello, similar), Google Docs, and basic digital tools (experience with Tilda, Figma is a plus).
- Fast learner, proactive, eager to grow and implement creative ideas.
- Stress resistance, flexibility, ability to work in situations of uncertainty.
Conditions:
- Freedom and independence are valued, so our employees choose: work format (remote, office, or hybrid), and a convenient schedule (achieving goals and moving forward is more important than starting work strictly at 9:00).
- The office near Novoslobodskaya metro station in Moscow has everything for comfortable work and relaxation. Parties are held there at least once a month.
- The growth and development of each individual is a company priority. There are internal adaptation and training programs, soft skills and leadership development, tailored individually for each employee.
- It's difficult to grow in the travel industry without an excellent knowledge of English, so we support its study: provide discounts on Skyeng courses.
- We care about the well-being of our team: from the first month of employment, employees have voluntary medical insurance (DMS) and discounts on the "Yasno" service. Additionally, we provide an extra paid day off, MyTime Day Off, which can be used at your discretion — to dedicate time to your well-being and health, or to handle personal matters.
- We delight colleagues with corporate rates on hotels and other travel services — to encourage more frequent travel.
