Project Manager with English proficiency (Visual Communications)
At Presium we specialize in corporate visual communications for business, trusted by industry leaders, the largest companies in Russia and the international market. Through presentations, videos, landing pages, and various small design formats, we help companies convey ideas to their audience simply and logically, enhance meanings, and remain competitive in a rapidly changing world.
We are currently looking for a project manager, a confident organizer and strong communicator, a specialist with fluent English and successful experience managing digital projects from concept to full implementation.
Scope of Tasks
1. Client Work
- Participation in project briefing
- Interaction with the client at all stages of material approval
- Determining the final necessary and sufficient information for project implementation
2. Project and Project Documentation Management
- Managing several projects in parallel, from start to project closure
- Creating a project roadmap
- Participation in project estimate preparation, monitoring adherence to deadlines and budget
- Structuring and preparing document content (within the product)
- Managing internal projects aimed at department and business development
3. Teamwork
- Task distribution, monitoring the project team's work
- Interaction with other departments at all project stages
Requirements
- Practical work experience of 3+ years in a creative studio / agency or in marketing.
- English language at C1 level or higher, where knowledge has definitely been reinforced by managing international projects, communicating with foreign clients
- Ability to effectively allocate resources, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines
- Ability to explain complex things simply, generate visual ideas and metaphors, build logical narratives
- Analytical skills: ability to quickly navigate a large volume of information, highlight important points, draw correct conclusions. Willingness to become an expert on solar panels or the Japanese manga market overnight
