Medical supplies provider Deost is looking for a General Director to manage the existing business and further develop it.
Responsibilities:
- Full company management: production, sales, finance, supply, logistics, and team;
- Responsibility for revenue, profit, and financial results;
- Development of sales and client base;
- Improving production efficiency and utilization;
- Controlling cost of goods sold and profitability;
- Developing the management team and KPI system;
- Implementing development strategy in conjunction with the owners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing a manufacturing company;
- Experience in business management with full responsibility for financial results;
- Understanding of production economics, cost of goods sold, and margins;
- Experience in developing B2B sales;
- Experience managing a team of managers;
- Experience in cost optimization and improving production efficiency;
- Strong management and negotiation skills;
- Systemic approach, initiative, and result orientation;
- Willingness to relocate and work permanently in Almaty;
- Experience in printing or cardboard packaging production will be a significant advantage.
Professional knowledge:
- Fundamentals of production processes technology and organization;
- Planning of equipment load and production capacity;
- Management of cost of goods sold, waste, and production losses;
- Fundamentals of pricing and calculation of order profitability;
- Understanding the specifics of B2B sales in a manufacturing business.
