The Arsenal machine-building plant is looking for a First Deputy General Director.
Arsenal Machine-Building Plant is an enterprise with a full production cycle: from preparatory to machining and assembly production, which allows it to occupy a significant place in the Russian market in the field of development and production of spacecraft, modern technical equipment for ships and marine equipment.
Areas of Responsibility and Job Duties:
- Development and implementation of a development program to improve enterprise efficiency
- Organization of activities for the execution of the State Defense Order (GOZ) under current contracts
- Management of the enterprise's production and economic activities
- Product lifecycle management: from development to production and testing
- Organization of the formation and execution of the production program, control by key performance indicators
- Organization of interaction with military acceptance
- Production budget management
Key Requirements and Competencies:
- Experience with the State Defense Order (GOZ), military acceptance
- Successful experience in implementing processes in manufacturing enterprises for at least 5 years in mechanical engineering / instrument engineering in leadership positions: General Director, Production Director, First Deputy General Director
- Strategic thinking, developed leadership and communication skills, systemic approach
- Understanding of the production of gyroscopic and navigation instruments will be your advantage
- Experience in carrying out organizational changes and development programs in industrial enterprises
- Crisis management skills and the ability to make decisions in conditions of constant change
- Higher technical education (instrument engineering, mechanical engineering, radio engineering)
