The Vostochnaya Mining Company is looking for a Director of Internal Warehouse Logistics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Transitioning the warehouse network from an unstructured state to a controlled, transparent management system.
- Systematically reducing shrinkage and losses to normative values (< 0.5% of turnover), implementing control points for receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Eliminating the practice of "post-bookings", "forgotten delivery notes", and unrecorded operations.
- Completing the implementation and ensuring industrial launch of WMS; implementing the principle: physical operation is impossible without recording in the accounting system.
- Implementing allocated storage and unified operating regulations across all sites.
- Building a system of KPIs, motivation, and quality control for warehouse operations.
- Optimizing logistics flows and warehouse space utilization.
- Forming a strong middle management team and ensuring unified operating standards across the entire network.
Candidate expectations:
- Experience managing a distributed warehouse network.
- Total experience in logistics / warehouse management – from 6 years.
- Proven experience in transforming warehouse functions in warehouses of 5,000+ m² and/or with a large number of SKUs.
- Implemented cases: reduction of shrinkage, implementation of allocated storage "from scratch", launch or scaling of WMS, unification of processes in a warehouse network.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end warehouse and logistics business processes and their cross-functional interaction.
- Experience in developing regulations, standards, and normative documentation.
- Skills in building management reporting and KPI systems.
