Warehouse Operations Manager at LIMÉ women's clothing and accessories brand

The women's clothing and accessories brand LIMÉ is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Organization of goods and equipment receiving, storage, and shipment at the store warehouse according to the schedule;
• Organization of warehouse space according to company standards and safety regulations;
• Identification of needs for optimizing warehouse processes and document flow. Initiation of changes in these processes;
• Preparation of the warehouse premises and the store for inventory;
• Communication with company departments on supply issues to the store;
• Organization of timely replenishment of the sales floor;
• Identification and development of potential employees working in the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position for 6 months or more will be an advantage;
• Skill in organizing warehouse space;
• Understanding of goods movement processes in fashion retail;
• Skill in maintaining warehouse document flow;
• Proficient user of Excel;
• Organizational skills;
• Result-oriented;
• Interest in team results;
• Skill in building effective communication.
