Warehouse Operations Manager at LIMÉ Women's Clothing and Accessories Brand
The women's clothing and accessories brand LIMÉ is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Organize the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods and equipment at the store warehouse according to the schedule;
- Organize warehouse space in accordance with company standards and safety regulations;
- Identify the need for optimization of warehouse processes and document flow. Initiate changes in these processes;
- Prepare the warehouse premises and the store for inventory counts;
- Communicate with company departments on issues of supply to the store;
- Organize timely replenishment of the sales floor;
- Identify and develop potential employees working in the warehouse.
Requirements:
- Work experience in a similar position for at least 6 months will be an advantage;
- Skill in organizing warehouse space;
- Understanding of merchandise flow processes in fashion retail;
- Skill in maintaining warehouse documentation;
- Proficient user of Excel;
- Organizational skills;
- Result-oriented;
- Interest in team results;
- Skill in building effective communication.
