#vacancy #apk #cco #sales #south_federal_district #iatop 🔹 COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR A large vertically integrated agroholding (full cycle: from field to processing and export) is looking for a Commercial Director. The staff of the block is 50+ employees.
📍 South Federal District
🔹 Responsibilities: ✔️Strategy: Formation and implementation of commercial strategy, maximization of profitability across directions (crop production, livestock, processing). ✔️Sales: Management of sales channels (export, domestic market, industrial processing). Pricing, management of large contracts with traders and retail chains. ✔️Logistics: Oversight of cargo flows (road, rail, port). Optimization of delivery costs. ✔️Quality: Control of product quality standards at all stages (from field to client), handling of claims. ✔️Planning (S&OP): Coordination of sales plans with production and agricultural services to balance supply and demand. ✔️Team: Development of management structure, mentoring, implementation of KPIs. ✔️Analytics: Market monitoring, price trends, preparation of management reports for the General Director/Owners.
🔹 Requirements: ✔️Higher education (economics/agronomy/logistics). ✔️Experience in the agro-industrial complex (APK) for at least 10 years, with at least 5 years in the position of Commercial Director / Head of the Commercial Block. ✔️Experience in strategic planning and turnover management from 10 billion rubles. ✔️Deep knowledge of grain, oilseed, sugar, and vegetable markets. ✔️Understanding of foreign economic activity (VNESHGELANDEL_ACTIVITY), export logistics, port infrastructure. ✔️Proficiency in analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau). ✔️Successful experience in high-level negotiations and deal closing. ✔️Developed leadership qualities, strategic thinking, readiness for multitasking.
