A group of companies (Foreign Economic Activity and Logistics) is seeking a Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a model and organize a stable operational system for each area: sales and client service for "consolidated cargo" direction, client service for "multimodal transportation" direction, client service for "customs clearance" direction
- Build effective cross-functional interaction with related departments
- Formulate a development strategy for the directions and ensure the implementation of unified client service standards
- Increase departmental efficiency through the implementation of digital tools
Requirements:
- Experience in building and developing a sales system and client support system:
design and optimization of business processes
- Building a KPI system and managing by metrics
- Implementation of automation and digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of the basics of international logistics and consolidated cargo transportation will be an advantage
