We are looking for a Branch Director at Tigral, a transport and forwarding company.

Your tasks:
- Setting up a branch for attracted transport from scratch.
- Monitoring the fulfillment of the branch's monthly sales plans.
- Conducting personal sales — developing your own client portfolio.
- Preparing reports on the branch's performance.
- Working with warm and cold clients (having your own database is an advantage).
- Active participation in tenders and projects for developing the company's partnerships.
What is important:
- 3+ years of experience as a head/manager/director of a logistics department for attracted transport (pure experience in forwarding).
- Experience in a transport and forwarding company with FTL transportation. Established relationships with clients and/or carriers are an advantage.
- Ability to effectively manage a branch of a transport company.
- Attracting new carriers and developing interaction with them.
- Attracting clients and building long-term relationships.
- Optimizing routes and increasing profitability of shipments.
- Good knowledge of the region, cities of Russia, and distances between them.
