Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of the company's commercial strategy.
- Management of sales and marketing departments.
- Development of key clients, search and launch of new sales channels.
- Procurement planning, demand forecasting, control of inventory and turnover.
- Management of warehouse and warehouse personnel.
- Interaction with OMS Korea: coordination of deliveries, control of deadlines and quality.
- Transferring insights to the Product & Brand Development Director for new product creation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Beauty / Cosmetics / FMCG, including 5+ years in a leading commercial position.
- Successful experience in managing sales, marketing, procurement, inventory, and warehouse.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Korean language will be an advantage.
Conditions
- Compensation: fixed part + annual bonus (to be discussed at the interview).
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
- Office near "Kaluzhskaya" metro station, Moscow.
