The delivery service DPD is looking for a Head of Segment and Internet Marketing Management.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive segment and internet marketing strategy focused on growth, retention, and development of the client base, as well as increasing revenue.
- Marketing budget management: planning, allocation of funds across various acquisition channels (contextual advertising, e-mail, SMS, call centers, etc.), expense control, and cost optimization.
- Coordination of subordinate internet marketing teams, development and launch of campaigns and partner projects.
- Project prioritization, task assignment to teams, tracking deadlines, and ensuring coordinated work of all departments and synergy with related functions.
- Evaluation of marketing activity effectiveness and return on investment (ROI): analysis of key metrics, report preparation, and presentation of results to management with recommendations for further actions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a management position in CVM (Customer Value Management) or digital marketing, preferably in the B2B segment.
- Proven experience in developing and successfully implementing strategies aimed at attracting new clients and retaining the current base.
- Data handling skills and analytical thinking: ability to collect, structure, and interpret marketing and customer analytics for management decision-making.
- Proficient in Excel for analytical calculations, report building, and data visualization.
- Understanding of the principles of operation of key digital acquisition and communication channels, as well as experience in evaluating their effectiveness and optimization.
