Key Functions:
- Full-scale management of the Yandex.Direct channel (RMP)
- Management of the VK Ads (app) channel in collaboration with an advertising agency
- Annual and monthly planning of advertising campaigns, managing budget split between channels
- Ensuring achievement of key traffic quality indicators in User Acquisition and Retargeting (CPI, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
- Analysis of campaign effectiveness and handling fraudulent traffic in close cooperation with analysts
- Collaboration with internal clients, processing briefs, approving creatives
- Conducting internal procurements and participating in tenders for the channel
- Maintaining regular reporting on always-on placements and conducted tests
Our Expectations:
- At least 2 years of experience in mobile marketing in-house or agency side
- Practical experience in managing Yandex.Direct (mandatory) and VK Ads (welcome), confident knowledge of ad platforms
- Practical experience with trackers (AppMetrica primarily), fraud analysis systems (FraudScore, etc.), and data visualization systems
- Experience working with large volumes of raw data, performing reconciliations, ability to maintain high-quality reports, very confident proficiency in Excel
- Ability to build cross-functional communication and confidently present the results of your work will be a big plus
- Proficiency in programs — Yandex.Direct Ad Platforms, VK Ads, AppMetrica, Yandex.Metrica
