Key Functions:
- Leading the full cycle of the "Media for Youth" project: from forming the content strategy to preparing the final report.
- Deep dive into the youth segment: analysis of insights, trends, and content consumption patterns of the audience.
- Support and development of content for the "youth" and "pro" segments (running, tourism, football, skiing, snowboarding, etc.) in the main Sportmaster brand accounts on social networks.
- Content planning and implementation of publications with an SMM agency: setting tasks, briefing, monitoring deadlines and quality of execution.
- Briefing the promotion agency on the promotion of publications and advertising, budget control, performance evaluation.
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of SMM metrics and brand perception image metrics.
- Working with analytics tools (LiveDune and internal company dashboards).
- Interaction with the internal research department: setting tasks for conducting qualitative and quantitative audience research, interpreting data, and integrating insights into work.
Our Expectations:
- SMM/Digital Communications experience of 3+ years in a large e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or specialized digital agency.
- Proven experience in managing a Media project.
- Understanding of platform algorithms and specifics: Max, VK, Telegram, Instagram*, TikTok.
- Proficient in brand analytics and SMM metrics tools (LiveDune, Brand Lift, ability to read and interpret data from quantitative and qualitative marketing research).
- Deep understanding of the youth segment/zoomers: knowledge of trends, understanding of short video formats (Reels/Shorts/Clips) and principles of algorithmic engagement.
- Understanding of the Pro segment: knowledge of key sports (running, tourism, football, skiing, snowboarding), understanding the needs and pain points of the sports community.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with UGC content and influencer marketing.
- Experience with media projects for youth.
- Knowledge of the sports goods and equipment market.
- Personal experience in sports (running, snowboarding, tourism, etc.).
- Copywriting experience: writing texts for posts, scripts for videos, adapting tone of voice for different audiences and platforms.
