Responsibilities
- Full cycle of influencer purchasing for VK projects and partner brands
- Selection of relevant influencers and formation of media plans for advertising campaign objectives, considering goals, audience, KPIs, and budget
- Conducting negotiations with bloggers, managers, and agencies, agreeing on cooperation terms, and achieving the most favorable commercial conditions
- Developing and maintaining partnerships with key players in the influencer marketing market
- Preparing commercial proposals, calculations, estimates, and budgets for advertising campaigns
- Monitoring all stages of advertising campaign implementation, from agreeing on terms to ad integration launch
- Monitoring the achievement of advertising campaign KPIs, timely identification of deviations, and taking measures to achieve planned indicators
- Participating in shoots, client meetings, and negotiations with key partners as needed
- Market monitoring, searching for new influencers, agencies, and tools to improve the efficiency of advertising campaigns
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in purchasing influencers as a media buyer/account manager or influencer relations manager in an advertising agency, influencer agency, or on the brand side
- Deep understanding of the influencer marketing market, knowledge of leading agencies, managers, and key influencers
- Experience in forming and managing advertising budgets, preparing estimates, and controlling the financial performance of advertising campaigns
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Willingness to work full-time from the office
- High level of stress resistance, ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, high workload, and multiple parallel projects
- Developed communication skills, fluent oral and written Russian, ability to build long-term partnerships with bloggers, agencies, and partners
