PRIME RIDE, a premium and luxury car service with driver, is seeking a Marketing and Communications Director.
Responsibilities:
- Development and long-term strategic brand growth;
- Ensuring a unified brand perception across all customer touchpoints;
- Monitoring the compliance of all communications with the company's philosophy and standards;
- Developing the brand's visual language, communication tone, and corporate aesthetics;
- Shaping the brand's emotional value for customers;
- Developing and implementing the company's marketing strategy;
- Managing customer acquisition channels and evaluating their effectiveness;
- Developing the digital direction, CRM marketing, loyalty programs, and customer communications;
- Monitoring the marketing budget and investment efficiency;
- Analyzing the market, audience, and competitive environment;
- Shaping the brand's information agenda;
- Interacting with business, lifestyle, and industry media;
- Creating and strengthening the company's reputational capital;
- Managing crisis communications;
- Building a sustainable brand presence among the target audience;
- Developing strategic partnerships with companies that share the brand's values;
- Interacting with opinion leaders, ambassadors, and relevant communities;
- Creating a strong ecosystem of partnerships around the brand;
- Identifying and developing new image-building opportunities for the company;
- Building and developing the company's marketing function;
- Managing the internal team and external contractors;
- Ensuring the quality of all marketing materials and communications;
- Personal involvement in key projects and strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Director, Brand Director, or Communications Director;
- Experience with Premium, Luxury segment brands or high-quality service products;
- Deep understanding of principles for building a strong brand and reputation;
- Experience interacting with media, opinion leaders, and partner platforms;
- High level of visual awareness and understanding of brand aesthetics;
- Ability to think strategically while simultaneously controlling implementation quality;
- High level of personal responsibility and demanding of results;
- Understanding the difference between brand awareness and brand value;
- Ability to build brand reputation rather than just advertising campaigns;
- Skill in building trust through quality of execution, consistency of actions, and attention to detail;
- Readiness to develop the brand as a natural choice for an audience focused on high-level service;
- Having one's own professional network of contacts will be an advantage.
