What you will be doing:

• Coordinating work for the full support of residential real estate objects and additional products.
• Ensuring and controlling the management of the residential real estate division (including preparation of advertising and informational materials, development and adherence to work plans and schedules, etc.).
• Participating in the development and formation of promotion plans, advertising campaigns, products, and residential real estate objects.
• Preparing technical specifications and briefs for the promotion of products and residential real estate objects.
• Controlling the division budget.
• Proposing and implementing new channels and tools for promoting products and residential real estate objects.
• Developing promotion strategies for real estate objects and additional products.
• Preparing and conducting tenders for positioning, creative concepts, and communication strategies for real estate objects and additional products.
• Performing general group tasks, training new employees, monitoring task completion deadlines.

What we expect:

• Higher education, preferably in marketing, advertising, or related fields.
• Experience in marketing and promotion of residential real estate, preferably from 6 years in the real estate sector.
• Experience in project and team management.
• Knowledge of the residential real estate market and its development trends.
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and advertising campaigns.
• Ability to prepare technical specifications and briefs.
• Budgeting and expense control skills.
• Ability to develop communication strategies for different audiences.
• Skills in conducting tenders and working with contractors.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
