Main tasks:

• Manage the marketing department of the division (sales of new cars of 2 or more brands), coordinate the work of internal teams and external contractors
• Ensure traffic for the sales department and achieve sales targets through effective marketing and advertising campaigns
• Comply with importer standards and requirements for marketing activities and visual merchandising
• Formulate and control the marketing budget
• Analyze the competitive environment and the performance of own sales departments; based on the data, develop joint plans to increase efficiency
• Use end-to-end analytics: calculate the sales funnel, evaluate channel ROI

Important for us:

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing for an official car dealership - not less than 1 year
• Marketing education (primary or supplementary)
• Experience in managing a marketing department or independently managing marketing for multiple brands
• Budgeting and media planning skills based on data and market trends
• Understanding of the channel mix and key marketing tools in the automotive business (digital, offline, CRM communications, etc.).
