ANUKA (anuka.online) is one of the fastest-growing women's clothing brands. We are actively developing our own social media and are looking for someone to take over the entire Social Media direction – from strategy and team to the sales plan for the website.**
Responsibilities
- Lead the Social Media team: Influence Manager + Content Manager.
- Develop and implement the Instagram and Telegram strategy.
- Be responsible for achieving the website's sales plan, as the main traffic flow to the site is generated through social media.
- Plan the necessary volume of traffic, integrations, and content to achieve the sales plan.
- Manage all content: planning, production, quality, and regularity.
- Lead the influence direction: blogger selection, integrations, special projects, and long-term collaborations.
- Develop and allocate the budget for influence and content, control expenses and effectiveness.
- Analyze the funnel: content → traffic → website → sales, and based on the data, manage channels and budget.
- Monitor key Social Media metrics and the achievement of commercial goals.
- Manage external contractors and production.
Main Goal of the Role
To ensure the growth of Social Media and the achievement of the website's sales plan through Instagram and Telegram.
In other words, we are looking for someone who is responsible for the entire journey:
strategy → content → influence → traffic → website → sales.
Requirements
- Experience in Influence Marketing for at least 3 years.
- Experience managing budgets of 5 million ₽ or more per month.
- Experience in building and managing the influence direction: from strategy and creator selection to results analysis.
- Experience in team leadership.
- Understanding of the Social Media → traffic → website → sales connection.
- Strong understanding and experience with Instagram, Telegram, and modern content marketing.
- Moscow – required: the work is remote, but it is necessary to be present at shoots and organize production regularly.
