Company: Photon Pictures
Location: Batumi, Georgia
Employment Type: Part-time
Salary: 20,000–35,000 RUB per month
Photon Pictures is a 3D CG animation studio working with international brands. Simultaneously, we are developing a YouTube channel with 700K+ subscribers (a legacy project with fan animation for Brawl Stars), which now needs a relaunch.
Understanding of YouTube algorithm logic and fan base management, independence in content plan execution, experience in short video editing. No need to create content from scratch — ready-made videos will be provided by the author, the task is to package and promote them effectively.
Fully remote, part-time, flexible schedule, fixed payment + bonus for performance growth.
Trial period: 1 month. Test task: Watch the Spark Studios channel and propose a 2-week content plan + 3 ideas on how to regain audience attention after a long break.
Send a short message about yourself, a link to your portfolio/work examples, and the result of your test task to eugene@photonpictures.co.
