WHO WE NEED:
A specialist in managing advertising campaigns with at least one year of experience in e-commerce or the beauty industry. The candidate must possess competencies in the full cycle of setting up and managing advertising in TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
- Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Yandex Direct at all stages (launch, optimization, scaling);
- Test creatives, audiences, and marketing hypotheses;
- Analyze key performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC;
- Build sales funnels and implement retargeting strategies;
- Ensure interaction with the content team (SMM managers, designers, production) for the creation of advertising materials;
- Prepare regular reports with analytical conclusions and recommendations for improving performance.
WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:
- Proficient use of TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads advertising platforms;
- At least one year of experience in targeted advertising (experience in e-commerce or beauty is preferred);
- Understanding of the impact of creative solutions on the final results of advertising campaigns;
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics;
- Systematic tracking of current trends and modern performance marketing.
