Job Title: Targeting specialist Work Format: remote Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements: -4+ years of experience in Paid Traffic / Performance Marketing -Proven experience in a digital/performance marketing agency (preferably 30+ employees) -Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads -Campaign structure -Audience & creative testing -Campaign optimization -Budget management
Experience with: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager (GTM) Looker Studio
Practical experience with: End-to-end (full-funnel) analytics Offline conversions CRM-based campaign optimization Proven B2B lead generation experience
Nice to have: Experience managing $10K+ monthly spend per client/project
