We are looking for a paid traffic specialist for an international personal brand in the niches of self-development, psychology, health, and relationships.

We need a strategist and analyst who relies on data, knows how to test hypotheses, and scale successful advertising campaigns. You will not have to create creatives yourself (our team is responsible for that), but we expect you to have a high level of awareness: the ability to generate ideas, write clear specifications, and understand which visual or text will work best for a specific segment.

The main focus is promotion to the Russian-speaking audience (expats) living in Europe, the USA, and other countries.

Tasks

— analyze and segment the target audience;

— set up and manage campaigns in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Telegram Ads;

— test audiences, offers, and landing pages;

— come up with ideas for advertising materials and set specifications for our team to create creatives;

— actively use AI tools to optimize routine tasks, prepare text options, and analyze;

— control the budget and key performance indicators: CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS;

— analyze results, find growth points, and prepare understandable reports.

Requirements

✓ successful experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads;

✓ understanding of advertising funnels and user journeys;

✓ ability to analyze audiences, creatives, and metrics;

✓ confident proficiency with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, analytics and prompt writing services);

✓ experience with budgets and performance metrics;

✓ independence, initiative, and responsibility for results;

✓ availability of case studies with specific figures;

✓ English language level — basic+ (for correct campaign setup and interface work).

We consider candidates who are outside the Russian Federation and have stable access to Meta Ads, Google Ads, Telegram Ads, and other necessary advertising tools.

Experience in promoting personal brands, educational products, and projects to an international audience, as well as knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager, will be an advantage.
