Looking for a Senior UA Manager who knows how to scale Meta on large budgets and is responsible for efficiency. 📌 Product: international social discovery / dating web products. 📍 Format: full-time, remote, international team.

What's important: — 4+ years in performance marketing — Meta Ads (FB/IG) is the primary channel. — Web experience is mandatory, budgets from $100K/month and up. — Tier-1 GEOs: USA, Canada, UK, Europe are your main geography. — Experience in gambling / betting / crypto is a big plus. — Working with CPA, ROAS, LTV, GA4, Sheets/Excel, CRM, and internal analytics. — Full performance cycle: creatives → tests → analysis → optimization → scaling.

🎯 Responsibilities: managing and scaling Meta Ads for two web products, controlling efficiency and budgets, testing creatives and funnels, working with the creative team, analytics, and reporting.
