Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Support webmasters and CPA networks: assist in task coordination, gather feedback, document communications, and promptly inform the project lead about progress.
- Monitor key metrics of advertising campaigns in dashboards: regularly collect data, identify anomalies, and prepare concise summaries for the team.
- Interact with analysts to improve dashboards: gather requirements, verify data accuracy, and report issues.
- Maintain the backlog and task statuses: update tasks in the internal backlog, record deadlines, and regularly inform the project lead about progress.
- Participate in creative development: collect briefs, approve materials, and ensure they comply with legal requirements.
- Stay updated on industry news: gather and prepare brief overviews for the team on changes in advertising platforms and the CPA market.
- Manage document flow: create tasks in Jira and 1C, conduct monthly reconciliations.
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of experience as an Affiliate Manager or Account Manager.
- At least one year of experience working in an advertising agency or CPA network.
- Basic experience in contextual and targeted advertising (Yandex Direct and VK Ads).
- Understanding of how CPA channels and partner models work, with a willingness to quickly deepen your knowledge in practice.
- Ability to work with data, identify anomalies, and structure information.
- Proficiency in business correspondence and the ability to clearly document agreements.
It Would Be a Plus If You Have
- Familiarity with analytics tools and dashboards.
- Experience working with Jira and task management systems.
