ABOUT US: Raketa is a construction company that has been building roads and landscaping territories in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region for over 10 years. In addition to our main focus, we have a seasonal project "Master Yolkin" – selling premium New Year's trees in St. Petersburg. We emphasize high quality of products, services, and customer experience, holding leading positions in our niche for the quality of services provided. We are currently looking for a strong marketer to help develop "Master Yolkin", increase targeted traffic and sales, and in the future, be able to contribute to the marketing tasks of other company divisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • SEO promotion of the website and increase in organic traffic. • Attracting the target audience through advertising channels. • Development and implementation of marketing strategy. • Analysis of channel effectiveness, conversions, and customer acquisition cost. • Optimization of the sales funnel and conversion increase. • Testing marketing hypotheses and scaling effective solutions. • Preparation and implementation of a promotion plan for the high season.
REQUIREMENTS: • At least 3 years of experience in internet marketing. • Solid knowledge of SEO and traffic acquisition tools. • Skills in working with web analytics: Yandex.Metrica or similar. • Understanding of performance marketing, advertising channels, and budget optimization principles. • Skills in data analysis, marketing effectiveness evaluation, and identifying growth points. • Independence, initiative, and results-orientation. • Developed communication skills and the ability to argue one's position. • Responsibility, diligence, and a systematic approach to work.
CONDITIONS: • Salary from 170,000 rubles per month, based on interview results. • Fully remote work format. • 5/2 schedule. • Opportunity to independently influence the marketing strategy and business results. • Prospect of expanding responsibility to other company projects. • Direct interaction with management and prompt decision-making.
