We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager focused on the Google ecosystem (Search, Display, Demand Gen, and more) to lead and scale high-budget ad campaigns, driving traffic through web funnels. You’ll own and optimize performance across our web acquisition strategy, partnering closely with our product, creative, and marketing teams.
What You’ll Do
- Manage, scale, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Search, Demand Gen, Display.
- Drive performance across key KPIs: ROAS, CPA, Spend, CTR, and more.
- Own six-figure monthly ad budgets and make data-driven budget allocation decisions.
- Develop and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition across the funnel.
- Collaborate with PMMs and the creative team to shape compelling creatives and landing experiences.
- Research competitors’ acquisition strategies, creatives, and channels.
- Participate in creative brainstorming to continuously push performance forward.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ year experience in performance marketing / user acquisition on Google.
- Experience managing $500K+ monthly budgets.
- Deep knowledge of key performance metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention.
- Strong experience with web funnels acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Amplitude and Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to generate and validate creative hypotheses.
- Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
Bonus Points
- Experience with platforms like Meta, Snap, TikTok or others.
- Hands-on experience with Google UAC for app install campaigns.
