Responsibilities: — Manage performance traffic acquisition on a global level — Scale web funnels and improve unit economics — Work with large budgets and identify new growth opportunities — Test hypotheses and quickly implement working solutions

Requirements: — Experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing — Budgets from $500k+/month — Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search / YouTube / App Campaigns) — Understanding of metrics: LTV, CAC, ROI, retention — Proven experience with subscription-based products is mandatory — Ability to work with intent traffic — Speed, independence, and a data-driven approach
