🚀 Seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Full time) for a product team (Subscription Apps).

📍 Format: fully remote

💰 Compensation: discussed individually, willing to consider your expectations.

The team develops web-to-web products in the Utilities / Health / Subscription niches and is looking for a specialist who will be responsible for the profitable growth of paid traffic and the payback of advertising campaigns.

Who we are looking for: 🔹 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing 🔹 Experience with web-to-web funnels (quiz → paywall → trial) - mandatory 🔹 Confident command of Meta Ads and Google Ads 🔹 Experience managing budgets from $20K–100K+ per month (more is a plus) 🔹 Strong analytics: CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, cohort analysis 🔹 AI-first approach: using AI for analysis, automation, and acceleration of hypothesis testing 🔹 Experience in the Health / Utilities / Subscription products niches - mandatory

What you will be doing: ✅ Launching and scaling advertising campaigns in Meta and Google ✅ Managing ROAS and CPA through continuous testing of creatives/targeting ✅ Working with the funnel in collaboration with the creative team ✅ Analyzing campaign effectiveness and optimizing them ✅ Finding and scaling profitable creatives/targeting ✅ Using AI to accelerate analysis and hypothesis validation
