Senior User Acquisition Manager (→ Team Lead) Full-time · Remote · ±1–2 hours from MSK
About Us Intch is an app for finding side projects and a B2B platform for hiring part-time specialists. We connect professionals seeking additional employment with small and medium-sized businesses that need qualified support without full-time hiring. We have been featured in Fast Company, Forbes, and Business Insider.
We are scaling paid acquisition and looking for a strong UA buyer who is results-oriented and will eventually grow into a team lead role alongside the UA Head.
Responsibilities: — Managing and scaling campaigns in Meta — Brainstorming creatives, analyzing tests, iterating — Launching landing pages, training pixels — Optionally: connecting a second channel (TikTok, Google, etc.) — Prospectively: weekly meetings, mentoring buyers
Qualifications: — 3–5+ years in UA — Facebook from $100–200k/month, non-gaming niches, non-Russian speaking markets (TIER 1–2) — Verified cases with results — not just a list of responsibilities — Leadership background: initiative, mentoring, management experience — a plus — Understanding of tracking and attribution, strong analytics — English B2+
