We are looking for a Senior UA Manager who will manage large budgets in Meta, Google, and TikTok (around 1 million USD/month), build and scale acquisition funnels for Instories and Vids products, and closely collaborate with the creative team, product, and analytics.
Your responsibilities will include:
◎ Launching and optimizing w2w, w2a acquisition funnels for 2 products; ◎ Operating ad campaigns in Meta, Google Ads, and other sources; ◎ Participating in setting team goals and developing a plan to achieve them; ◎ Working with worldwide traffic; ◎ Scaling successful traffic segments, optimizing underperforming ones; ◎ Rotating creatives in campaigns; ◎ Setting up technical aspects and analytics in collaboration with the Backend and Data Engineering teams; ◎ Communicating with partners and representatives of advertising platforms.
What is important to us:
◎ Over 4 years of experience in User Acquisition; ◎ Knowledge of key advertising campaign performance metrics and understanding their interrelationships; ◎ Experience working with worldwide traffic; ◎ Experience working with web and iOS; ◎ Experience working with w2w, w2a funnels; ◎ Knowledge of web analytics and mobile attribution; ◎ Knowledge of conversion funnels and experience in optimizing them; ◎ Experience working with Meta, Google Ads; ◎ Good knowledge of Excel or Google Spreadsheets (vlookup, power pivot)
