We are developing a portfolio of 20+ mobile applications, growing rapidly and ambitiously – and now we are actively strengthening our UA team. We are looking for not just a traffic specialist, but someone who wants to influence the scale and growth of products, and shares our drive for experimentation and results.

Responsibilities:

• 📊 Launch and optimize advertising campaigns for mobile applications
• 💰 Manage the budget and scale it within the profitability KPI
• 🧪 Launch A/B tests and creative tests, test new strategies
• 🎨 Participate in the creation of creative concepts and promotion strategies

What is important to us:

• ✅ 3+ years of experience with mobile iOS applications
• ✅ Experience with a subscription monetization model
• ✅ Experience in Health&Fitness, Lifestyle, AI, or Utility
• ✅ Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, experience with Web2App funnels
• ✅ Budget management from 100,000 USD/month
• ✅ AppsFlyer/Firebase, understanding of IR, CPA, ARPPU, ROAS, LTV
