🎯 About the Company: Bitlica is a company at the intersection of product development and marketing technologies. We develop and promote a portfolio of mobile and web products with over 30 million downloads, while simultaneously developing our own ecosystem of AI tools for analytics and marketing.

We are looking for a UA Manager who can not only optimize campaigns manually but also build a systematic traffic acquisition process: analyze performance by cohorts and LTV, find new channels and combinations through research tools, and, together with the data/automation team, automate routine scaling processes.

💡 What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience with Google Search, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok for iOS products
• Experience with analytics and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, etc.)
• Experience in web-to-app acquisition will be a plus

⚡️ What needs to be done:

• Launch advertising campaigns in Google Search, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok
• Collaboration with the creative team: participation in the development and testing of creatives, hypotheses, tracking advertising metrics, and feedback
• Analysis and optimization of campaigns in accordance with established KPIs
