We are looking for a Google Media Buyer who will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns for an in-house product.
We need a specialist who can not only run ads, but also work deeply with funnels, analytics, events, and performance metrics tied to leads and funded loans.
🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Launching and managing Google Ads campaigns; • Working with Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and App Campaigns; • Scaling successful campaigns; • Controlling acquisition costs: CPA / CAC / CPL / CPS; • Analyzing the funnel from click → registration → application → approval → funding; • Identifying growth opportunities in campaigns, keywords, creatives, landing pages, and events; • Managing semantics: keyword research, clustering, negative keywords, query expansion; • Testing hypotheses, offers, landing pages, and ad funnels; • Monitoring traffic quality and conversions; • Setting up and validating correct event tracking in Google Ads; • Configuring and monitoring analytics through GA4 / GTM / Firebase / AppsFlyer / Adjust; • Daily reporting and performance metrics analysis.
🔹 Requirements: • 2+ years of experience with Google Ads; • Strong background in performance marketing; • Mandatory experience in “gray” / restricted niches: crypto, gambling, betting, fintech, loans, or related verticals; • Experience running campaigns focused on leads, registrations, applications, or funded loans; • Strong understanding of Google Ads: Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, App Campaigns; • Experience with analytics setup and event tracking; • Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking; • Ability to work with funnels: click → registration → application → approval → funding; • Understanding of CPA, CAC, CPL, CPS, CR, ROAS / ROMI; • Ability to analyze not only lead cost but also traffic quality; • Independence, системatic approach, and result-oriented mindset.
🔹 Tools: Google Ads; Google Analytics 4; Google Tag Manager; Google Search Console; Looker Studio / Power BI / Metabase or similar; Firebase / AppsFlyer / Adjust or similar; Excel / Google Sheets; Trackers: Keitaro / Binom / RedTrack or similar; CRM / internal analytics / admin panels.
➕ Nice to Have: • Experience in MFO / fintech / lending / payday loans; • Experience with PWA / APK / mobile traffic; • Experience launching Google App Campaigns; • Experience with trackers such as Keitaro / Binom / RedTrack; • Understanding of post-funding metrics: approve rate, signing rate, default rate, profitability, repeat loans.
