Middle Business Development Manager

Since 2013, SVMD agency has been successfully engaged in the procurement of mobile advertising worldwide. Based on our accumulated expertise, we develop our own products — applications and mobile games. We also create cool videos for major game studios and publishers. Among our clients are the top 10 gaming companies in the global market.

We have a horizontal team of professionals, and every employee has the opportunity to express and implement their ideas. The Video Production Department is the creative core of the company. There is no room for routine here; it's a constant flow of innovation and creative solutions. The main areas of Video Production are: creating animated creatives, UGC content, and developing Playable ads. We are actively growing both in terms of the number of projects and the complexity of tasks performed, and it's important for us that every unit in the team maintains the momentum of growth and development.

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Middle Business Development Manager to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deep dive into the Gamedev industry: study campaigns and projects, search for and attract new clients, conduct negotiations;
• Develop the business: represent the agency's interests in new deals and defend proposals to current clients;
• Prepare estimates, contracts, and conduct reconciliations;
• Participate in conferences;
• Work in Trello, Slack, Hubspot, Google Workplace.

Required experience:

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Gamedev industry;
• English language proficiency – not lower than C1;
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets and marketing analytics tools;
• Experience working with Linkedin.com.
