We are currently looking for a B2B presale manager who will handle tenders and process incoming requests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales funnel: register leads in CRM, update statuses, record reasons for rejection, analyze dynamics weekly.
- Conduct search and tender support: monitor tender platforms and incoming requests, analyze documentation, prepare and submit applications, organize a working group.
- Conduct presales for incoming leads: independently conduct client briefings, identify needs and business objectives, form preliminary solutions.
- Prepare template proposals and estimates: develop commercial proposals and presentations based on templates.
- Perform contract work and project handover: prepare contracts, coordinate with lawyers, control signing.

Our ideal candidate:
- Has experience in presale and/or marketing service tenders.
- Is interested in marketing and has an understanding of CRM marketing.
- Thinks systemically: manages the sales process clearly, without chaos.
- Can argue and defend their decisions based on facts.
- Is independent and proactive: does not wait for instructions but offers solutions.
- Has experience with MS Office, AI tools, and creating commercial proposals.
