Digital solutions integrator AGIMA invites Account Directors to join the team.
What you will do:
- Participate in sales, handle incoming applications.
- Participate in conferences.
- Develop pre-sales strategies, identify insights, plan activities.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals with the sales team.
- Represent the company, build relationships with clients and client representatives.
- Seek and attract new clients, conduct research and establish new professional contacts.
- Conduct client meetings, collect and analyze CSAT/CSI, suggest improvements.
- Support product and client teams: form roadmaps, find opportunities for upselling.
- Participate in strategy formation, work with OKRs and launch new directions.
What is important:
- Excellent client handling skills: ability to build trusting relationships, conduct communication effectively, and manage client expectations.
- Experience in custom development, understanding of project specifics, development lifecycle, and team interaction.
- Solid technical background: ability to understand solution architecture, technologies, and terminology, and interact effectively with developers.
- Sales and upselling experience: ability to identify client needs, build value, and offer relevant solutions to expand cooperation.
- Strategic thinking: readiness to participate in developing new directions, launching products, and improving company business processes.
