Responsibilities: — administer and develop CRM Bitrix24 (funnels, automations, business processes); — build sales reporting and BI dashboards; — apply AI tools for routine automation; — work with the TenderLand tender platform + CRM integration; — train the team and write regulations.

What's important: — experience in a software company for at least 1 year; — experience with Bitrix24 and sales process automation; — understanding of B2B sales; — ability to set technical specifications for developers;
