What you need to do:

— Implementation and setup of Bitrix24: business process automation, integration with external systems — Gathering and analyzing requirements, user training — Technical support and documentation preparation — Participation in presentations, product demonstrations, proposal preparation

Requirements:

✅ Experience with Bitrix24 (from 1 year) ✅ Knowledge of CRM, HelpDesk, Tasks and Projects modules — A plus would be: Bitrix24 certificates, experience with PHP and SQL, technical education
